Hi, I'm Jessica
I grew up in the mountains of Montana and have spent my life moving through
incredible landscapes — New Zealand, Colorado, California, and now Eugene, Oregon — each place shaping how I understand belonging, nature, and what it means to feel at home in yourself. That wandering has given me a deep appreciation for the many ways people find their way back to themselves.
My background weaves together nutrition, herbal medicine, and psilocybin facilitation. I hold a certification in Herbalism through the Herbal Academy and am a licensed psilocybin facilitator in the state of Oregon. My approach is holistic — I see the body, mind, and spirit as inseparable, and I bring that perspective to every session.
I have a profound respect for psychedelics and the wisdom that altered states of consciousness can offer. But at the heart of this work is something simple: healing, and reconnection — with yourself, with others, and with the experience of being alive.
I'm here to walk alongside you in that.
The Process
Initial Consultation
It begins with a short virtual meeting (10–20 minutes). During this conversation we’ll discuss your intentions, answer questions, and explore whether this work feels like a good fit for you.
Preparation
Preparation sessions are typically about an hour long, and we can schedule additional preparation meetings if needed to ensure you feel fully informed, comfortable, and supported.
Before your preparation session, I will send intake paperwork for you to complete. This includes forms required by the State of Oregon as well as a questionnaire that helps me better understand how to support you.
During preparation, we will review your paperwork and create a plan for your journey that aligns with your intentions. This may include safety considerations, music selection, and any personal or spiritual practices you may want to incorporate into your experience.
Administration
Under Oregon law, psilocybin sessions must take place at a licensed service center.
On the day of administration, we will meet at the service center you selected in advance. There, you will choose how you would like to consume the dried psilocybin mushrooms, and we will begin the session.
Many people choose to wear an eye mask and listen to music to encourage a more inward journey. Others prefer to engage with art, movement, journaling, or quiet reflection. Your experience can be shaped in a way that feels natural and supportive for you, within the guidelines of the service center.
Integration
Integration is the process of reflecting on the insights that emerge during an altered state of consciousness and bringing them into everyday life in meaningful ways.
Integrative practices can include conversation, creative expression, movement, breathwork, time in nature, and other supportive practices.
Your session includes two integration meetings:
• The first takes place the day after your administration session
• The second typically occurs one week later
Additional integration sessions can always be scheduled if you would like continued support.
Location
Oregon has created a unique legal framework for accessing psilocybin services. Unlike traditional therapy or wellness coaching, psilocybin administration must take place at a licensed psilocybin service center under the guidance of a licensed facilitator.
I partner with Gather Psilocybin Services, a licensed psilocybin service center located in Salem, Oregon. Gather provides a safe, supportive, and thoughtfully designed environment for psilocybin administration sessions.
Pricing
Psilocybin services in Oregon involve three separate costs — each set independently and disclosed to you in full before any payment is collected.
Facilitator fee — $1,100 (1st Journey) | This covers our full journey together: a preparation session, my presence and support throughout your administration session as well as 2 integration sessions following your journey.
Subsequent sessions $800 (within 1 year of 1st journey with me) - | Includes brief preparation session, administration and 1 integration session.
If cost is a strain for you, please don't hesitate to let me know. I offer a sliding scale fee and am happy to work with you to ensure you have access.
Service center fee — $400 | Private Room Rental for the psilocybin journey.
Sessions take place at Gather Psilocybin Service Center in Salem, Oregon. Oregon law requires that all psilocybin sessions take place at a licensed service center. This fee covers a private room for the full duration of your session. Rates are paid directly to the Service Center.
Psilocybin product — $6/mg ($30-$300 depending on the dose) | Lab-tested psilocybin mushrooms sourced from a licensed Oregon manufacturer, provided and administered onsite at the service center as required by law. (Paid to the service center)
Total Expense
1st Session: $1,530-$1,800
Subsequent Sessions: $1,230-$1,500
